This MLS BASIC package is designed for those sellers who are comfortable handling the majority of the aspects of the home sale themselves. All you need is exposure to the MLS and other websites. This package includes the following.

• Local MLS Listing – Your property will be listed with the local MLS (multiple listing service) for 6 months (cancel anytime). This is where the thousands of local real estate agents in the suburbs and across Chicago are able to advertise their properties. All agents will have direct access to you for questions or showing requests.
• Top Real Estate Websites – In addition, your property will be listed on the top real estate websites, which include, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Homesnap, Homes.com and many more.
• Local Brokerage Sites – Your listing is also displayed on ALL the top real estate brokerage websites, including Redfin, Coldwell Banker, Re/Max and others.
• Up to 25 photos – We are able to post up to 25 photos to real estate websites and other search engines, just send us the photos you wish to display and we will take care of the rest.
• Customer Service/Outstanding Customer Service – A live agent is available to answer your questions anytime during the listing period (by phone or email).
• Buyer Lead Forwarding – Your contact information is placed in the MLS database, agents will contact you directly if they have potential offers. All potential buyers will be directed directly to you.
• Timely Offer Presentation – All offers Submitted to our office will be delivered to you via email in the form of a pdf file 7 days a week.
• Contract Negotiation Assistance – We are here to assist you throughout the contract negotiation process, including advising you as to your options when dealing with an Offer.
• Free and unlimited changes to listing information – Make changes to your listing anytime for no extra charge.
• Free and Unlimited Open House Marketing – We will market your open house in the MLS, on Realtor.com, on Redfin, on Trulia.com and on Zillow.com
• Sales contracts and disclosure documents are available for download directly from our website.
• Scheduling of showing Appointments (Optional) – All showing appointments will be handled automatically through SHOWINGTIME, using the MLS, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. When an agent requests a showing through the MLS, you will be notified by text and/or email, at which point you can accept or decline the request with a simple click of a button. If you accept the request, the agent will be notified and your showing instructions will automatically be provided to the agent. Once the showing is over, the agent is automatically prompted to provide feedback.
• Transaction Management / Access to Discounted Real Estate Attorneys (Optional): This feature provides the Seller with access to our network of attorneys offering discounted rates only to our clients.
• Money Back Guarantee – In the event you decide that selling using this method is not for you, we will match you with an experienced local real estate agent in your local market. Once your property has been sold and closed through the referred agent, please contact us to receive a refund of your flat fee listing fee.
