- Select the Smart Option Realty Flat Fee MLS Package that is best for you
- Add additional items that fit your needs and budget
Step 2: Fill and Complete Forms on our website
- Smart Option Realty Website will prompt you to chose the Listing Packet that best suits your Property Type
- Complete the Listing Packet to the best of your knowledge (Note: Not all fields will be applicable, but the more information the better)

Step 3: Upload Photos
Note if you ordered Professional Photos: You are not required to upload photos. Your professional photographer will send all property photos directly to Smart Option Realty.
- Upload photos in the order you want them to appear through our website under your account.
